At Bean & Vanilla, we aim to please, so if you're not completely satisfied with your order, we'll do whatever we can to make it better and give you better service. Read our policy below and remember you can always contact us with any additional-order or product-related questions or issues.



  • All returns packages must be received back at our Store within 14 days* of the date your order shipped from us (the date and time you received your shipping/tracking email).
  • For international orders, packages must be returned back to us within 20 days of the date your order shipped from us.

  • Returns and exchanges are processed within 5-7 business days after arriving to us.

  • Refunds can only be issued to your original payment method or in the form of store credit.

  • Shipping is non-refundable, unless in cases where we have made a shipping error.

  • The following items are non-refundable:

    1. Returns received after 14 days of the original order shipment date (you may still be eligible for store credit if the return is received after 14 days as long as the item is not a final sale).

    2. Returns received in damaged or worn condition, a 20% restocking fee maybe charged.

    3. Any free gifts or complimentary items or free coupons.

    4. Items that are a final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

      Earrings, chains, body products and any items marked as final sale.

For returns and exchanges please follow the process below:

  • Include your original invoice / receipt in your package. If you don't have the receipt, simply email us, and we will check your account for your purchase.   

  • Indicate the reason why you are returning the items.

  • Place your invoice along with the item(s) in good condition and with tags attached and send it to the address below:

  • Send your package back to us via the shipping method of your choice.  Return shipping is non-refundable.
  • Make sure you have a tracking number of the package.
  • We will inform you when we process your return.
